Sue built her reputation on going the distance and guiding clients toward choices that build wealth. She was routinely named among the top ten agents at her former Newport Beach brokerage, and she has represented everyone from first-time buyers in the starter market to investors and buyers of upper-tier property.

Before real estate she was a certified public accountant, then a finance manager and corporate controller for a large commercial and residential builder in Southern California. It is an unusual route into residential brokerage, and it is why the numbers side of a transaction holds no mystery for her.

Her knowledge runs across North Tustin, Tustin, Irvine, Orange and the beach communities, including Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. Outside the office she travels, practises Bikram yoga, gardens, and spends time with her three adult children and a cocker spaniel named Sparky.

Having grown up in North Tustin, she has a professional network here that cannot be assembled from outside. Her husband is a local homebuilder, which has given her a rare working understanding of what actually goes into a well-built house and what does not.

For Erin the point of the work is the relationship rather than the transaction. She supports Mary's Path, Operation Warm Wishes and Casa Teresa, and spends her time with family, a much-spoiled labradoodle, and the kind of restaurant research that only committed foodies undertake.

Wendy grew up in North Tustin and moved back with her husband to raise their two children here. She is a Foothill High School graduate and a UCLA alumna, and she is genuinely well versed in the schools, the preschools, the parks and the restaurants, because they are hers.

Her real estate background began at a public homebuilder selling new homes. She went on to manage agents on a new home sales team that launched more than a dozen projects across Southern California, representing numerous builders and facilitating hundreds of new home sales. She has also worked in appraisal, on complex new housing tract valuations.

That combination, sales floor and appraisal desk, means she reads a property the way a buyer does and prices it the way an appraiser does. Weekends you will find her family at Hola Adios in Old Town or Bluestone Lane at the Orange Circle, usually with a French bulldog named George in tow.
