Local knowledge is either earned over decades or it is a claim on a website. Here is where ours comes from, and where we work now.
Six towns
We did not move here to sell it.
- North Tustin
- Larger lots, mature trees and winding unincorporated streets. This is where the team's own roots are. Erin grew up here, and Wendy did too before she moved back with her husband to raise her own two children in North Tustin.
- Tustin
- Old Town's walkable core and the coffee shops around the Orange Circle. Wendy is a third-generation Tustin local, a Foothill High School graduate and a UCLA alumna, and on a Saturday morning you will most likely find her at Hola Adios Coffee Shop in Old Town or Bluestone Lane at the Circle. It is also where the schools we support directly are.
- Tustin Ranch
- Planned neighborhoods with consistent architecture, and a strong draw for families moving up from a first home into something built for the next stage of life.
- Irvine
- Villages built to a plan, each with its own character even inside a single master plan. Demand here tends to stay steady regardless of what the wider market is doing.
- Orange
- Historic housing stock around the Plaza, and a character that is genuinely hard to reproduce in a newer tract. It is also a neighborhood the team spends time in on their own weekends, not only on the clock.
- Villa Park
- Orange County's smallest city, almost entirely residential, with acre lots and a rural quiet that surprises people who have not spent time there.
And beyond the six
We also work the Orange County beach communities.
Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach, alongside the six towns above. It is the same team, the same process, and the same attention, whichever coast or canyon your search is pointed at.
